Most products are made to order through print-on-demand partners and typically ship within five to ten business days after the order is placed, plus transit time. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages once handed to the carrier, or delivery to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Because most products are made to order, we accept returns only for defective products or fulfillment errors (wrong size shipped, misprint, damage in transit). To request a return, contact us within thirty days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size ordered, or change of mind.
